The ideal candidate will lead engagement initiatives, develop management practices, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the workplace experience. A bachelor's degree in relevant fields and a strong background in HR operations are required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, case handling, or HR operations is advantageous.
• Experience in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiation is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and labor relations strategies including grievance management and compliance.
• Develop strategies for collective bargaining and union-management relations.
• Drive employee engagement and internal communication programs.
