Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist ER Manager in handling end to end case management of active employees.
• In-charge with the tardiness monitoring and issuances.
• Receive all employee violation from different sources and filter it by gravity of offenses.
• Draft and prepare Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD) and Disciplinary Action (DA), for light to minor offenses of employees.
• Evaluate and edit documentation associated with employees, including grievance responses and disciplinary actions, applying subject-matter expertise to support an appropriate institutional response to a variety of complex situations.
• Register the companies in DOLE ERS including but not limited to online filings of Establishment Report, WAIR, and Annual Work Accident/Illness Report
• Assist in organizing engagement activities and programs for the employees
• Assist in facilitating evaluation of company events handled for continuous improvement.
