Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, or HR operations.
• Direct experience in CBA negotiations and managing complex unionized environments.
• Deep mastery of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and OSH standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute comprehensive industrial and labor relations strategies.
• Lead the framework development for Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) provisions.
• Engage business leaders as a trusted advisor on Philippine labor laws.
