Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead the company’s ER/IR initiatives, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, fair policy application, and effective resolution of workplace concerns.

You will develop policies, oversee investigations, and coach managers across all plants and branches, while safeguarding confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or law.
• 5–8 years HR experience with at least 3–5 years in employee relations, labor relations, or case management.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE, NLRC procedures, and due process.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to Philippine Labor Code, DOLE standards, and statutory reporting.
• Develop and update Code of Conduct; ensure company-wide, consistent application.
• Mediate complex employee disputes and oversee administrative investigations with fairness.
• Manage a centralized case tracking system to analyze ER trends and risks.
• Design capability-building sessions on disciplinary processes and labor laws.
• Act as SME for ER Officers; collaborate with management on labor matters.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and OSH to ensure holistic employee wellness and fair practices.
