Lennor Group, through Lennor Metier, seeks an experienced Head of Employee Relations to lead the ER function in a manufacturing environment in Cavite, Philippines. You will resolve complex employee concerns, oversee investigations, and ensure due process and regulatory compliance under the Philippine Labor Code.

You will develop policies, lead risk mitigation, train the ER team, report to management, and partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to align workforce practices with business goals.
