Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and production processes.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production to meet output, quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, and policies.
• Monitor processes and implement improvements to cut waste.
• Coach and motivate production staff for high performance.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends.
• Optimize manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
