Networld Hotel Management Corp. in Metro Manila seeks an Operations Manager to drive day-to-day performance across JGC hospitality brands. This hands-on role requires collaboration with department heads to resolve issues and ensure service standards.

You will lead multiple departments, manage staffing, approve operations decisions, and focus on cost control and process improvements to enhance guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, leisure, or other service-oriented businesses.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience managing multiple departments or operational functions.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day business operations and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned JGC businesses and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that company standards and procedures are followed.
• Monitor manpower deployment, staffing levels, attendance, scheduling, and operational coverage.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure that daily operational requirements are met.
• Monitor service quality and customer experience and address operational concerns and complaints.
• Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor the condition, cleanliness, readiness, and functionality of operational areas, facilities, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance regarding repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility-related concerns.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
