Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive restaurant operations experience, with at least 5 years in multi-unit leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple brands and locations.
• Strong background in BOH operations, food production, and kitchen processes.
• End-to-end restaurant operations across FOH and BOH.
• Hands-on P&L management including sales, labor, and food costs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across assigned stores.
• Monitor and analyze key business metrics (sales, food cost, labor, P&L, inventory, guest satisfaction, KPIs).
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead and develop Area Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
