Job summary

GPnC Manpower Services in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead daily hospitality operations and ensure service excellence. This full-time role requires strong leadership, staff oversight, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, training, compliance, and budgeting while maintaining safety standards and coordinating with management on operational improvements. Performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and POS software.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments function smoothly and efficiently
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain service excellence
• Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
• Handle guest relations and resolve complaints or issues professionally and promptly
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of supplies as required
• Prepare reports on daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics
• Supervise cash handling, billing, and financial transactions
• Coordinate with management to implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives
• Ensure security and safety protocols are maintained throughout the premises
