Pacific Instyle Corporation in Makati City seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead all hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold service excellence. This full-time role requires overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house, budgeting, staff development and vendor relations.

You will implement service standards, monitor safety and quality, and present performance reports to senior management, while promoting revenue growth and brand prestige across our upscale property in Metro

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year and above of progressive hotel management experience in a full-service hotel environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and PMS.
• Understanding of health, safety and security regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise multiple tasks and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Hospitality management qualification or certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with luxury or upscale hotel properties is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, recruit, train and manage hotel staff across all departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and optimise financial performance, including revenue management, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by implementing service excellence standards and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain health, safety and security standards throughout the property, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance occupancy rates and brand visibility.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and external partners to maintain quality standards and negotiate favourable terms.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance, guest feedback and financial metrics.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all departments to ensure consistency and efficiency.
