Job summary

Networld Hotel Management Corp. is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead human resources and administrative functions across the JGC group.

The role ensures effective manpower planning, recruitment, compliance with labor laws, and strong employee relations while establishing consistent HR standards across all business units. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, with managerial experience, and a track record in hospitality or service industries.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Experience managing HR functions for multiple departments, properties, or business units.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR and administrative operations across JGC businesses.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, employee records, and HR documentation in coordination with relevant teams.
• Provide guidance to management and department heads on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Monitor workforce requirements and ensure timely staffing of business units.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Oversee general administrative functions, company facilities, supplies, records, and other administrative requirements.
• Establish consistent HR and administrative standards across JGC businesses.
