Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a multi-branch restaurant network. You will implement approved policies and lead the management team to sustain high operational performance and service flow, especially during peak hours.

You will ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, ServSafe, HACCP and FDA regulations, maintain cleanliness, standardize systems, and forecast branch targets. Five years in a similar role is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a food-related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a restaurant group.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards including GMP.
• Certified knowledge/experience in ServSafe, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and hygiene principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policies, procedures and programs across branches and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Ensure smooth flow of food and beverage production and service, especially during peak hours.
• Monitor service flow by all sections and maintain overall cleanliness including restroom upkeep.
• Ensure uniformity and standardized systems across all branches.
• Direct the restaurant's management team to achieve high operational performance.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on how branches can meet sales and cost targets.
• Forecast realistic targets for each branch.
• Develop and submit plans for restaurant operations and manpower requirements.
• Investigate deviations from sales targets and initiate corrective actions and alternatives.
