vamasters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to design, launch, and test new client acquisition channels from scratch. The role covers paid, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals, with lean budgets and rapid testing to identify scalable engines.

You’ll steer the full funnel, optimize lead quality and cost per client, and craft high-intent landing pages and outreach. A data-driven mindset and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building at least one marketing or lead generation channel from zero with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics and diagnosing why leads don’t convert.
• Resourceful prospect research skills to locate people and companies online.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster while applying independent judgment.
• Confidence to voice opinions and push back with clear reasoning.
• Responsible, observant, and capable of working with little oversight.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and test new acquisition channels (paid, email, LinkedIn, outbound, referrals).
• Run small-budget experiments and decide what to scale or stop.
• Follow the full funnel from lead to client with focus on quality and cost per client.
• Shape lead qualifications and targeting to attract high-intent prospects.
• Research target businesses and decision makers via LinkedIn and review sites.
• Write and run personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
• Leverage existing assets like client base and referral programs for growth.

• Report results with clear recommendations and what not to pursue.
