Qualifications

• Hands-on paid campaigns (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics and the ability to diagnose why leads do not convert.
• Resourceful prospect research skills, tracking down specific people and companies online.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a habit of asking questions before proposing solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and test new acquisition channels on a lean budget.
• Run small-budget experiments, measure results fast, and decide what to scale, change, or stop.
• Track the full funnel from lead to signed client, focusing on lead quality and cost per client rather than cost per lead.
• Design lead qualification elements such as landing pages, form questions, and targeting that attract high-intent prospects.
• Research target businesses and decision makers through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, review sites, and other sources.
• Write and run personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
• Get the most from existing assets, including client base, reviews, referral program, and partner relationships.
• Partner with the sales team to improve lead handoff and follow-up.
• Report on results with clear recommendations, including what not to pursue.
• Take on ownership of growth strategy step by step as channels are proven.
