Qualifications

• Proven success building at least one marketing or lead generation channel from scratch with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong command of funnel metrics and ability to pinpoint why leads don’t convert.
• Resourceful prospect research skills to locate specific people and companies.

Responsibilities

• Stand up, launch, and test new acquisition channels, including paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals.
• Run lean experiments, read results fast, and decide whether to scale, change, or stop.
• Follow the funnel from lead to signed client, prioritizing lead quality and cost per client over cost per lead.
• Shape lead qualification elements such as landing pages, form questions, and targeting for high-intent prospects.
• Research target businesses and decision makers through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, review sites, and other sources.
• Write and run personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
• Leverage client base, reviews, referral program, and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with sales for smoother handoff and follow-up.
• Report results with clear recommendations and what to avoid.
• Gradually take ownership of growth strategy as channels prove out.
