vamasters, Inc. is actively seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to architect and grow our client acquisition channels from the ground up.

You will design, launch, and test new channels such as paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals on a lean budget, and scale the successful efforts into repeatable growth engines. The role requires questioning assumptions, basing decisions on data, and confidently challenging leadership when numbers indicate a different path.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building at least one marketing or lead generation channel from zero with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and diagnosing why leads don’t convert.
• Resourceful prospect research skills to find specific people and companies online.
• Analytical mindset with a habit of asking questions before proposing solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and test new acquisition channels (paid, email, LinkedIn, outbound, referrals).
• Run small-budget experiments, measure, and decide what to scale or stop.
• Track full funnel from lead to signed client with focus on cost per client.
• Design lead qualification elements like landing pages and targeting.
• Research target businesses and decision makers using LinkedIn and other sources.
• Write and run personalized outreach campaigns for prospective clients.
• Leverage existing assets including client base and referral programs.
• Work with sales to improve lead handoff and follow-up.
• Report results with clear recommendations, including what not to pursue.
• Gradually own growth strategy as channels prove.
