Qualifications

• Proven experience building at least one marketing or lead generation channel from zero, with measurable results

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and test new acquisition channels, including paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals
• Run small-budget experiments, measure results quickly, and decide what to scale, change, or shut down
• Follow the whole funnel from lead to signed client, focusing on lead quality and cost per client
• Shape lead qualification elements such as landing pages, form questions, and targeting to draw in high-intent prospects
• Research and pinpoint target businesses and decision makers through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, review sites, and other sources
• Write and run personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients
• Make full use of existing assets, including our client base, reviews, referral program, and partner relationships
• Work hand in hand with the sales team to improve lead handoff and follow-up
• Report results with clear recommendations, including what to steer away from
• Grow into ownership of growth strategy as channels prove themselves
