Job summary

vamasters, Inc. seeks a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build client acquisition channels from scratch in our startup-friendly environment in the Philippines.

You will design, launch, and test paid, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referral channels on lean budgets, turning winners into repeatable growth engines. You’ll work with leadership to prioritize experiments, measure funnel metrics, and optimize cost per client, with a bias for data-driven decisions and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building at least one marketing channel from zero with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn).
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics and why leads don’t convert.
• Resourceful prospect research, including finding specific people and companies online.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a habit of asking questions first.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster while applying judgment.
• Confident to give opinions, set priorities, and push back with reasoning.
• Diligent, precise, and self-sufficient.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and test new acquisition channels, including paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals
• Run lean-budget experiments, read the results fast, and decide what to scale, adjust, or drop
• Follow the full funnel from lead to signed client, with attention on lead quality and cost per client, not just cost per lead
• Shape lead qualification elements such as landing pages, form questions, and targeting to draw in high-intent prospects
• Research and pinpoint target businesses and decision makers through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, review sites, and other sources
• Write and manage personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients
• Get the most out of existing assets, including our client base, reviews, referral program, and partner relationships
• Partner with the sales team to tighten lead handoff and follow-up
• Report results with clear recommendations, including what isn't worth pursuing
• Take on growth strategy step by step as channels prove themselves
