You will use data to back decisions, challenge leadership when numbers point elsewhere, and work with the sales team to improve lead handoffs. You will gradually own growth strategy as channels prove their value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building at least one marketing or lead generation channel from zero with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and test new acquisition channels, including paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals.
• Run small-budget experiments, measure outcomes quickly, and decide what to scale, change, or stop.
• Track the whole funnel from lead to signed client with a focus on lead quality and cost per client.
• Design lead qualification elements such as landing pages, form questions, and targeting to attract high-intent prospects.
• Research target businesses and decision makers with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, review sites, and other sources.
• Write and run personalized outreach campaigns for prospective clients.
• Leverage client base, reviews, referral program, and partner relationships.
• Partner with sales to improve lead handoff and follow-up.
• Report results with clear recommendations, including what to leave alone.
• Gradually take over growth strategy as channels are proven.
