Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the hotel.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Deliver luggage, messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and hotel vehicles.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures when required.
• Maintain an organized and clean luggage storage area and bell desk.
• Handle guest luggage carefully and ensure it is properly tagged and secured.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles at the hotel entrance.
• Monitor and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel lobby and entrance area.
• Report lost and found items and any guest or property concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, or supervisor.
