Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited’s City of Dreams Manila hotel seeks a Bellman to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide accurate information about local events and attractions. You will support guest services at the lobby, maintain lobby standards, and assist with room deliveries while upholding Forbes-quality service.

The role requires strong English communication, physical stamina for lifting and long-standing shifts, and a customer‑centric, extroverted attitude.

Qualifications

No experience is required, 1 year experience preferred in a 5-star hotel or similar.
High school or college degree or equivalent professional training.
Fluent in written and spoken English; able to stand for long periods; able to work overtime.
Able to carry heavy luggage (minimum 30 kg).
Minimum height 5’10"; extroverted and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

Provides prompt, efficient guest service at City of Dreams Manila lobby and bell area.
Maintains knowledge of hotel events, facilities, and attractions to advise guests accurately.
Provides directions and assists with luggage handling and room deliveries.
Grows guest loyalty by building rapport and responding to guest needs and feedback.
Supports multi-department coordination and maintains hotel standards and safety.
