Job summary

Swissôtel Clark is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver warm, efficient, and personalized service from arrival to departure. You will support daily Front Office operations, ensuring accuracy and upholding Swissôtel standards while collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a college diploma, 1–2 years Front Office experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with MS Office and Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in Tourism Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, efficient, and personalized service throughout the guest journey (arrival, stay, departure).
• Support daily Front Office operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments.
