Swissôtel Clark in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, invites applications for a Guest Services Agent. You will deliver warm, efficient, and personalized service across the guest journey, from arrival to departure, while upholding Accor service standards.

You will support daily Front Office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth hotel flows and a memorable stay.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in Tourism Management is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic Opera PMS.
• Professional and guest-facing demeanor.

Job Description

This position is responsible for delivering warm, efficient, and personalized service
throughout the guest journey—arrival, stay, and departure—ensuring accuracy in Front
Office procedures and upholding Swissôtel and Accor service standards. The Guest Services
Agent supports daily Front Office operations, contributes to guest satisfaction, and maintains
effective communication with other departments.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Additional certification(s) in Tourism Management an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of similar Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and guest‑facing confidence.
