Job summary

Koko Global Hospitality (Philipines) Co., Ltd. is seeking a proactive Assistant Resident Master to support the Resident Master in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in hotel or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Master in managing daily hotel operations.
• Support supervision and coordination of hotel staff across departments.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Monitor facilities, cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and guest relations as needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B and other departments.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor daily operations, staff performance, and service quality.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and maintaining records.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
