Job summary

Far East Hospitality is seeking a guest services professional in the Philippines to respond to guests' inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency. You will collaborate with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office teams to manage arrivals and departures and assist long-stay guests.

Expect rotating shifts and a proactive, guest-first approach. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork across hotel departments, and a neat, professional appearance, with a positive work attitude

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player able to work with Front Office and other departments.
• Neat, professional appearance with positive work attitude.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' complaints, requests, and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on arrivals and departures.
• Establish contacts with house/long-staying guests and offer assistance.
• Conduct courtesy calls to guests.
• Stay updated on tourism information.
• Maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
