Job summary

Koko Global Hospitality (Philipines) Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated housekeeping staff member to maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and other assigned areas to meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.

You'll perform cleaning tasks, change linens, restock supplies, and assist with laundry as needed, while upholding safety policies and delivering courteous service to guests. Shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned areas
• Ensure rooms are properly arranged and meet the property's cleanliness standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and other room amenities as needed
• Replenish guest supplies and report any damaged or missing items
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping-related tasks when required
• Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, and other issues to the supervisor
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel policies
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests
