Job summary

Koko Global Hospitality (Philipines) Co., Ltd. is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure flawless execution of SOPs and brand standards.

You will lead, train, and motivate a team, manage schedules and performance, drive guest satisfaction, handle escalated feedback, and support HQ with revenue and marketing initiatives while upholding cash handling and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Front Office / Guest Services (Hotel/Hospitality industry).
• Supervisory experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and motivate both full-time and part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations to ensure flawless execution of SOPs and brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team, managing work schedules, performance reviews, and daily workflow to maintain high service quality.
• Drive guest satisfaction, handle escalated feedback and complaints, and enforce safety and emergency procedures.
• Utilize proven selling techniques to boost room sales and upsell services.
• Assist HQ with revenue and marketing strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to cash handling, credit policies, grooming standards, and overall property cleanliness.
