Job summary

Koko Global Hospitality (Philipines) Co., Ltd. in Dumaguete is seeking a hotel leader to drive excellence across five key areas: operation, guest happiness, staff training, Kaizen initiatives, and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with HQ, uphold SOPs, coach staff to deliver memorable stays, and lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing Kaizen projects while ensuring all guest concerns are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations and implementing service standards.
• Ability to coordinate with HQ and implement SOPs.
• Proven track record in driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property to ensure Perfect Operation and adherence to SOPs.
• Guide staff to create wow guest experiences and collect feedback.
• Train and evaluate staff; nominate talent.
• Plan Kaizen initiatives to improve revenue and reduce costs.
• Resolve emergencies and address guest complaints promptly.
