Job summary

Koko Global Hospitality (Philipines) Co., Ltd. seeks a pre-opening Operations and Project Coordination professional to lead hotel launch efforts in the Philippines. You will drive timelines, training, procurement, and budget controls while liaising with Owners, HQ, and ground staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hotel operations with pre-opening or project management exposure, plus travel willingness and strong Excel, Wrike, and PMS/POS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of solid hotel/property operations experience, with pre-opening or project management exposure.
• Experience in the Philippines hospitality market is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Perform, drive, and execute pre-opening activities according to the master project timeline.
• Establish pre-opening documentation, framework agreements, operational guidelines, and master action plans.
• Ensure guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are 100% set up, inspected, and handed over before opening.
• Follow up on department task lists to eliminate operational siloes and ensure 100% on-time completion in Wrike.
• Conduct a comprehensive 1-month pre-opening training program covering all operational departments and training modules.
• Establish a training evaluation plan and perform staff performance evaluations to ensure readiness.
• Understand and manage pre-opening budget controls and assist in procurement using the master budget file.
