Millennium Properties and Brokerage Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee all front office sections, inspect VIP rooms, coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for maintenance, and act as MOD in the Hotel Manager's absence.

You will prepare daily to monthly occupancy forecasts, attend department heads meetings, handle guest problems and inquiries, and lead training and performance evaluations for front office staff.

Formación

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in HRM or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Front Office Manager.
• Knowledgeable in operations, customer service management and performance evaluation management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to any Astoria Properties location.

Responsabilidades

• Manage training and performance evaluation of front office staff
• Implement Hotel's House Rules and Regulations and ensure adherence at all times
• Issue commendations and disciplinary action notices as necessary
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy forecasts
• Inspect VIP rooms and coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering for maintenance and repairs
• Attend to guest problems, requests, and inquiries
• Attend department heads meetings, sales, and operations meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
