Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in front office operations.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Familiarity with hotel services and procedures; OPERA knowledge is an advantage.
• At least 1 year in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize room sales and assist VIP/pre-registered guests.
• Coordinate with service centers and maintain security for room keys.
• Handle check-in/check-out efficiently and ensure accurate billing.
• Process early arrivals, settle charges, and prepare reports.
• Maintain an organized workspace and uphold brand standards.
• Participate in meetings, training, and recruit/talent initiatives as needed.
