SM Supermalls is seeking a cinema operations assistant to support daily venue operations, greet guests, assist in seating, take orders, and help ensure safety and a first-class customer service experience.

You will work with the team to manage ticketing, usher guests, monitor crowd flow, handle bulk orders and events, and contribute to continuous learning and growth in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Formación

• Basic in Sales Management, Risk Mitigation, Project Management, Financial Acumen, Customer Orientation, Complaint Management, Communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality service.
• Prepares and assembles items, monitors inventory, and maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assists in cinema operations by ushering guests, checking tickets, enforcing house rules, and ensuring audience safety.
• Coordinates with team on bulk orders, block screenings, and events to ensure smooth service and satisfaction.
• Engages in continuous learning to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
