Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a Central Planning Manager to translate GTM strategy into headcount capacity plans, quotas, and pipeline targets. You will own planning models and partner with GTM and Finance leadership to balance growth with financial discipline.

This role focuses on headcount, ramp, and quota design for a consumption-based or hybrid business, influencing revenue predictability and long‑term growth. You will work with cross‑functional teams to align targets with market opportunity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GTM planning, quota setting, and/or productivity‑related revenue operations workstreams.
• Strong understanding of go‑to‑market design and sales planning.
• Experience presenting analysis to senior leaders and closely partnering with leaders at the Director and VP level.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with a superb ability to drive high value insights.
• Hands‑on experience building headcount, ramp, and quota capacity models for a consumption‑based or hybrid commit‑plus‑usage business.
• SQL and BI fluency, and experience with a planning or forecasting platform (e.g. Anaplan, Clari or Xactly).
• BA/BS degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or other quantitative fields preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM planning, capacity & quotas for the COO organization under the GTM Planning Lead.
• Own capacity planning and target-setting across Sales, Field Engineering and CS.
• Refine target-setting methodologies grounded in market opportunity and performance.
• Partner with Finance, Field Ops and GTM leadership to build capacity, ramp assumptions, and hiring models for annual and long-range planning.
• Present scenarios comparing headcount, pipeline, compute supply, and revenue to GTM Planning Lead.
• Monitor capacity, quota attainment, and productivity; inform in-year adjustments.
• Own pipegen targets by segment and team; track pipeline coverage.
• Coordinate with GPU management to feed demand forecast.
• Build end-to-end process and tooling for automation of business plan modeling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and GTM Engineering on source-of-truth data (CRM, billing/usage, roster/quotas).
