Job summary

Keyrus is seeking an ambitious Supply Chain Practice Lead (Director) to join our team in Asia. This role blends senior GTM leadership with deep supply chain and Anaplan expertise to grow the planning practice and drive scalable solutions.

You will own the vision for the practice, evolve offerings, and lead presales activities across Sales, Solution Design, and Delivery, shaping deals from qualification to closure while mentoring a dedicated Supply Chain Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across end-to-end Supply Chain planning.
• Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or distribution preferred.
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into technology-enabled planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, positioning, and growth strategy for the Supply Chain Planning practice.
• Define and govern Supply Chain planning offerings (Demand, Supply, S&OP/IBP, Inventory, Capacity).
• Develop scalable solution frameworks, accelerators, and industry use cases.
• Lead presales activities including discovery, solution architecture, and executive workshops.
• Shape and influence deals from qualification through proposal and closure.
• Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and partners on GTM initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for connected planning across Supply Chain, Finance, and Workforce.
• Represent the practice in GTM campaigns and partner initiatives.
• Act as senior solution authority for complex engagements.
• Provide strategic oversight during delivery when required.
