Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Go-to-Market Operations to support the development and execution of integrated GTM plans aligned with business priorities.

The role will own the GTM calendar, coordinate tools and communications, and ensure timely launches across channels. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in GTM or related fields, strong project management, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Operations, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations or related function.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience with product lifecycle processes, article creation, or retail operations is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Own and maintain the GTM calendar, aligning milestones, launches, campaigns and stakeholder deliverables.
• Coordinate GTM tools, meetings and cascades to ensure cross-team alignment.
• Support stakeholders in tracking deadlines, deliverables and launch readiness activities.
• Lead NAC creation and manage country hyperlocal product calendar for seasonal launches.
• Develop product briefs and oversee contracting with external partners and agencies.
• Partner with channel teams for in-season execution and commercial performance.
• Coordinate campaign readiness to ensure timely, full launches across channels.
• Consolidate campaign and sell-through reports and provide actionable insights.
• Drive operational excellence through project management, process improvements and cross-functional coordination.
