Job summary

Anori, an early-stage company building AI solutions for housing and building development, is seeking a hands-on operator to run the program-management layer of the GTM team. You will bridge Operations and GTM to coordinate day-to-day activities, systems, cadence, and analytics that keep commercial and real-estate workstreams running.

You will own pipeline data, sales analytics, and the cadence of GTM meetings, and act as a thought partner on forward-looking questions to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales/revenue operations or GTM operations.
• PropTech or real-estate exposure a plus.
• Strong coordination and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational bridge between operations and GTM.
• Own pipeline data, analytics, and sales cadence.
• Coordinate meetings with external partners.
• Develop sales collateral and assets.
• Ensure CRM data cleanliness and forecasting inputs.
