Job summary

Aprio Philippines Incorporated seeks a Go-to-Market Operations Manager to lead the offshore GTM operations team. You will own intake and prioritization for U.S. marketing requests, shepherd work from intake to hand-back, and ensure high quality and quick turnarounds.

You will be the go‑to contact for U.S. stakeholders, oversee local sponsorships, contracts, and payments, and manage the production pipeline for collateral and events while safeguarding CRM data and enabling timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, approvals, and vendor invoices.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and prioritization for US GTM requests and keep a shared queue.
• Oversee local sponsorships, events, and related ads/deliverables.
• Review contracts and approvals, track spend and dues renewals.
• Run the production pipeline for collateral and assets via PM tools.
• Direct event logistics for mixers and BD-related regional events.
• Maintain CRM data quality and ensure timely reporting cadence.
• Lead and coach the coordinator to improve workflows over time.
• Foster relationships with IGLs/RGLs and protect data integrity.
