Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Product Manager - Operations and Automation to own intake, prioritization and delivery tracking of Sales Enablement work. You will turn requests into structured projects and coordinate across CRM and GTM teams.

As Product Manager, you will triage requests in Jira, manage timelines, run project cadences, maintain templates, and drive CRM and Marketo initiatives to improve sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Jira project workflow management (mandatory).
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Marketo.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Structured documentation and process thinking.
• Experience supporting Sales, Go-to-Market, Ops or Enablement teams.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming enablement requests and convert briefs into scoped work via Jira.
• Coordinate timelines, owners and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Manage Jira boards, tickets, statuses and dependencies.
• Lead Go-to-Market launches and initiatives for the team.
• Maintain templates and documentation; manage project cadence and reporting.
• Track risks and delivery progress; attend CRM and GTM stakeholder meetings.
• Evolve CRM best practices and support scoping for improvements.
• Set up and manage Marketo usage for the team.
