Job summary

Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. in Quezon City, Philippines, seeks a Customer Care Advisor I to support growth initiatives across sales, service, and technical support.

The role focuses on implementing business processes aligned with service standards and SLAs, contributing to operational excellence. The incumbent will work with key support teams to develop strategic opportunities for clients and business owners, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related working experience (BPO Set-Up or similar industries)
• Demonstrates business communication skills (Verbal and Written English)
• Excellent customer service skills - able to engage in a consultative type of conversation with clients/business owners
• Basic technical knowledge - can understand and articulate basic IT concepts
• Industry standard certifications preferred but not required (technical positions)
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in the account location
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Utilize different communication platforms to engage and build positive relationships with clients or business owners
• Serve as a knowledge source for existing processes and contribute to new business strategies
• Be a champion in addressing customer needs based on assigned responsibilities - e.g., customer service, technical support, sales, and other B2B functions
• Perform necessary research and analysis to provide proper resolution and ensure quality of services rendered
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to maximize resources and turn each client interaction into growth opportunities
• Complete other related functions depending on business needs
