vamasters, Inc. is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Email Outreach Specialist to drive outbound prospecting, manage marketing email campaigns, and maintain the pipeline.

You will build target lists in Apollo.io, run sequences, optimize deliverability, and collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and strategies while maintaining CRM data integrity.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced finance-focused firm with opportunities to shape growth.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for list building, sequencing, and outbound campaign management.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach copy.
• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs such as open rates and conversions.
• Self-driven, exacting, and consistent with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io based on defined ideal client profiles.
• Set up and run outbound email sequences and cold outreach campaigns in Apollo.io.
• Create, schedule, and execute marketing email outreach campaigns.
• Watch campaign performance metrics and tune sequences to lift open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Handle inbound lead flow, ensuring timely follow-up and proper routing.
• Keep lead records, data accuracy, and pipeline hygiene across CRMs.
• Produce regular reports on campaign performance, lead volume, and pipeline activity.
• Research and identify new prospecting channels and audience segments.
• Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach strategy.
• Document processes and build SOPs as workflows take shape.
