Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Email Outreach Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and manage marketing email campaigns. The role combines list building, sequencing, and campaign execution with inbound lead handling and pipeline upkeep.

You should be self-starter with strong technical aptitude and the ability to build processes from scratch. You will work to improve open, reply, and conversion rates, maintain clean CRM data, and report on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Apollo.io for building lists and managing outbound campaigns.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including domain warm-up and inbox placement.
• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach copy that drives engagement.
• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs like open, reply, and conversion rates.
• Must be focused, self-driven, and able to manage time with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io based on defined ideal client profiles.
• Set up and manage outbound email sequences and cold outreach campaigns in Apollo.io.
• Create, schedule, and send marketing email campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize sequences to improve open, reply, and conversion rates.
• Manage inbound lead flow with prompt follow-up and correct routing.
• Keep lead records and the pipeline clean across CRMs.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and pipeline activity.
• Research new prospecting channels and audience segments.
• Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
• Document processes and draft SOPs as workflows evolve.
