Qualifications

• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach copy.
• Experience tracking campaign KPIs (open, reply, conversions).
• Independent, proactive, and well-prepared.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io.
• Set up and run outbound sequences and cold campaigns in Apollo.io.
• Create and send marketing email campaigns.
• Track performance; refine sequences for better metrics.
• Manage inbound leads and routing.
• Maintain clean lead records and pipelines.
• Produce reports on campaign performance and pipeline activity.
• Research new prospecting channels and audience segments.
• Collaborate with founder to sharpen messaging and strategy.
• Document processes and create SOPs as workflows evolve.
