Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Email Outreach Specialist to build prospect lists, run cold email sequences, and manage inbound leads. You will work with Apollo.io, refine outreach messaging, and maintain clean CRM data to support scalable pipeline growth.

The role requires a self-starter with strong technical aptitude, capable of owning processes from the ground up in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the founder and contribute to strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for list building, sequencing, and outbound campaign management.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including domain warm-up, spam avoidance, and inbox placement.
• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach copy that drives engagement.
• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates.
• Principled, painstaking, and self-managing with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io based on defined ideal client profiles.
• Set up and run outbound email sequences and cold outreach campaigns in Apollo.io.
• Create, schedule, and send marketing email outreach campaigns.
• Watch campaign performance metrics and tune sequences to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Handle inbound lead flow, making sure leads get timely follow-up and proper routing.
• Keep lead records, contact data accuracy, and overall pipeline hygiene in good shape across CRM systems.
• Produce regular reports on campaign performance, lead volume, and pipeline activity.
• Research and identify new prospecting channels and audience segments.
• Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach strategy.
• Document processes and write standard operating procedures as workflows take shape.
