Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, business development, growth, startup operations, customer success, product operations, digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
• Experience working in or supporting a digital product, technology company, SaaS business, startup, or other rapidly evolving organization.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute ideas and strategies for attracting, engaging, and converting customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Confidence conducting discovery calls, product conversations, sales conversations, presentations, or business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Grow and test acquisition channels including outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and organic marketing.
• Lead discovery calls, understand client needs, and communicate product value and use cases.
• Support onboarding, client questions, and product feedback with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen physician-facing messaging and sales materials.
