Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Head of Growth based in the Philippines to drive commercial growth as the client rebuilds and expands its digital platform. You’ll own the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, monetisation, retention, reactivation and community, aiming to restore sustainable recurring subscription growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role, potentially executing work directly or via resources, with accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive growth/marketing with revenue growth responsibility.
• ActiveCampaign experience or similar lifecycle/CRM platform.
• Strong analytics and use of marketing platforms (GA4, Meta, Google).
• Ability to create/adapt marketing creatives in Canva for rapid testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own growth strategy across acquisition, activation, monetisation, retention and community.
• Develop and test new growth channels, campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead paid acquisition strategy and optimise campaigns.
