Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in need of janitorial and manpower services across the Metro Manila region.
• Present and promote company services through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations that highlight the benefits and value of our services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with potential clients to close sales agreements.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, proposals, and transactions.
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
