You will present offerings, tailor proposals, and negotiate terms to achieve targets while collaborating with operations to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within services or facilities management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations for meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities within the janitorial and facility management industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present and demonstrate janitorial service offerings to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions and competitive advantages.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline opportunities using company systems.
• Collaborate with operational and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery to new and existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and market developments.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and client needs to support strategic planning.
