Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking to design and execute sales strategies across Cebu City, Cebu and Mandaue, Cebu. You will build strong client relationships, drive deposits, and expand the portfolio with tailored banking solutions.

Collaborate with branch teams to ensure excellent service, assess credit needs, endorse loan and credit card applications, and maximize cross-selling of CASA, loans, and bancassurance. Relevant degree required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or any relevant course.
Proven ability to generate new CASA Deposit and grow account portfolios.
Strong client relationship and cross-selling capabilities.
Ability to assess client banking needs and evaluate creditworthiness.
Excellent communication and collaboration with branch teams.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and increasing deposits.
Identify opportunities through market research, client calls, and presentations.
