Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Experience in retail banking, sales, business development, or relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of banking products, deposit generation, and cross-selling strategies.
Ability to meet sales targets and comply with BSP regulations and AML/KYC.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and grow CASA and funds portfolio.
Identify, engage, and acquire prospective clients via sales calls and presentations.
Manage relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies.
Facilitate referrals for loans, credit cards, bancassurance, and other products.
Coordinate with branch teams to resolve client concerns promptly.
Support branch sales initiatives and promote strong customer service culture.
Prepare and submit sales activity and client call reports.
