Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in retail banking, sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, deposit generation, and cross-selling strategies.
• Ability to meet sales targets and comply with BSP regulations and AML/KYC.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow CASA and funds portfolio.
• Identify, engage, and acquire prospective clients via sales calls and presentations.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies.
• Facilitate referrals for loans, credit cards, bancassurance, and other products.
• Coordinate with branch teams to resolve client concerns promptly.
• Support branch sales initiatives and promote strong customer service culture.
• Prepare and submit sales activity and client call reports.
