Job summary

MIRATS INSIGHTS PVT LTD in the Philippines seeks a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, and to set up client meetings and product demos.

You will maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and bring a proactive, communication-driven approach to inside sales with 1–2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for leads and meetings booked.
